CLOSED CIRCUIT VENTILATOR
The closed circuit ventilator or husk separator is used for separating the husk from the rice. The product to be processed (it might for example be husked rice that comes directly from a husker linked directly to the machine or else husked rice fed via a hopper) is inserted into the ventilator where it is separated by jet of air into semi-processed rice, green grains and husks: these are then separated by means of an eternal screw. The husk aspirator is closed circuit, the suction force can be regulated and their is no wear and tear on the components of the fan. |
