UNIVERSAL YIELD CALCULATOR Is used to establish in a short time the yield of a sample of 100g of paddy. The time employed can vary from one and a half to two and a half minutes according to the type of rice involved. Round grain rice takes longer time than long grain rice. The machine functions in a simple manner: the sample of paddy is poured into the hopper of the husker which can be regulated by means of a screw: to obtain the husked rice yield the cyclone separator on the hopper is positioned on the left-hand side of the whitening cone and the product is allowed to circulate for a few minutes until the husks have been completely aspired ; to obtain the milled rice yield the cyclone separator deposits the husked rice into the polisher and the pneumatic transport system will perform the number of passages required to obtain the correct processing.
