LABORATORY HUSKER

The laboratory husker is used to analyse Paddy. It is simple to use and silent. Thanks to its Wulkoland rollers it has a very high husking capacity.

The machine is built using a special alloy of aluminium and steel. The large frontal opening is closed using transparent material so that the operation can be controlled.

The rice sample is inserted in the machine hopper. The quantity of rice to be inserted can be regulated manually. The rice is processed by two rollers which rotate at different speeds.

The husked rice and the green grains are separately deposited in their respective drawers. The husks are blown on by a fan and deposited in a box by means of a cyclone separator.
